So, Lohse's history shows he's struggled to barely break 100 ERA+ even in his best years. Other seasons he's been well below average.

 

Here he is in STL and he's posting a 172 ERA+ in limited duty so far. It's just ridiculous. How does this happen? I really want to know what St. Louis does to get completely above-ability performances from players time & time again. They have to be cheating somehow.
