Something tells me this is reserved for the whipping boy. If Z or Hill pitched the same way, no one would be saying anything (of course he's a crap-ton better, but the point is still the same). Luck is only thrown out there when the NSBB anointed whipping boys do well.

 

Whatever that thing is, you should get it looked at.

 

Marquis was throwing a lot of hittable balls, high in the strike zone, and was fortunate they were a lot of "at-em" balls. Hill did the same yesterday for 10 pitches in the 6th and was pulled immediately.
