So how did Wellemeyer go from crappy reliever (well, most of time), to good starter. I know it's only 2 starts, but he did have a 3.11 ERA last year over 20 games with 11 starts

Valverde blows it for the Astros. He gives up 3 in the top of the 9th and the Cardinals still have a runner at 2nd with 2 outs.
