I'd go with, if they ever met on a basketball court, Beas would put TH in a clownsuit. It's a shame the ESPN hype machine has robbed Beasley of his award. And that's not meant to take anything away from TH. I'd kill to have him on KU.

i'm sure Beastley would do that on the offensive ended. i think hansbrough would do fine offensively though.

ESPN is teaching all future studs a lesson. Go to one of the big 6 schools or else we will try to crush you. TH had a really nice year, but for anyone who has watched college basketball this year to give him the player of the year is ridiculous.

haha, truffle.

In sadder news, KU reserve Roderick Stewart fractured his kneecap in practice today. He doesn't play much, but given the up and down nature of a game vs. UNC, he could have been useful tomorrow for 5-10 minutes of defense. Sucks.

Ugh, I always get squeamish about knee injuries. Kneecap injuries sound painful.

Never hurt my knee, but I cannot watch ankle injuries.

I'm the same way. Sometimes I picture myself rolling my ankle and my body involuntarily jumps.

Yeah, I'm that way with knee injuries. I'm not clicking that link no matter what.

I was going to just post it in the thread, but I realized a lot of people would rather not see something like that. Derwood's description is right, though. Where there should be a knee cap, all you see is a deep crater. I've never seen anything like it.

I can't decide if its worse than Shaun Livingston's ET knee from last year or not

Livingston's injury was just brutal. It's not surprising that he still can't play yet. That thing was just hideous.

I can't disagree about Shipp. If he can provide an offensive presence, that will be huge for UCLA.

I don't know how I missed those South Park caricatures the first time, but I can't stop laughing at the Calipari one.

Now it's time to pray for a UCLA-UNC final.

What? No KU?

Both of those were bad, but they've got nothing on Eduardo's double compound fracture.

Memphis is getting to the basket with no difficult whatsoever. UCLA is once again starting off slow to help out in the paint.

None of them can hold a candle to the slamball player that broke his foot off
