Hey, guess what? Soto leads all catchers in strikeouts!!! 106 k's!!!

ps. How long until I am found murdered in my house by angry North Side Baseballers?

45 minutes.
It will be NSBB'ers who will be smart enough to find you all right but your death will definitely be self-inflicted due to envy.

Will Soto make the postseason roster again this year?

Not it Koyie Hill outplays him in September :)

Not a fair fight. Koyie makes all pitchers throw 5mph faster.

Back onto serious business involving Soto....

Do the Cubs give him an extension this year and buy out his arbi years and first year or two of FA, or do they wait another year or two before offering an extension?

The Cubs haven't done that yet, but the only guys they've had worth doing it for have been pitchers, which I understand not wanting to.

I'm going to assume no, not this year, but they may think about it during next season or after.

Soto got fat again.

Then he's an inspiration for fat men everywhere. A man who gives fat men hope that they too can potentially be the greatest, sexiest person in sports/the world

Little known fact.

Geo is actually a lefty. Bud Selig won't let him bat lefty because it wouldn't be fair for the rest of the league.

I can't find a site that splits its stats like this, so I'll ask here: does anyone know where Soto's offensive numbers (BA/HRs/RBIs/OBP/SLG/OPS) rank among NL rookies?

Wow. Figure he's got this Rookie of the Year thing pretty well locked up, huh.

What source did you use to split the stats in this manner?
