Why would they automatically refund NLCS tickets but not tickets to game 4 of the NLDS?

The only thing I can come up with is that they're thinking that some people already sold their NLDS tickets and might not be able to go through the hoops to get them back and refunded by the Nov. 30th deadline. I don't know how realistic that is, but I don't see any other possible reason for doing NLDS tickets one way and NLCS tickets another. I wouldn't put it past this organization though.

You're not reading very well. You don't have to do anything for the NLCS tickets. That will be done automatically. You DO have to do something for the NLDS ticket.

Yeah, its just dumb since it is a print at home ticket. Should be lucky I don't have to worry about the 8 other tickets however.

Yay let me print off a piece of paper that you already have access to just so I can get my refund!

I just got a portion of my NLCS tickets refunded. It appears they're keeping some of the fees from them. I will be calling tomorrow to complain about this...

(single ticket cost 50.56 and I got a refund for 44.56)

I got a full refund minus the $19 for order processing and FedEx delivery.

I assume the order processing was 4 dollars or so, since I did print at home which had a 2.50 price tag to it.

Either way, we should be getting a full refund, but alas, I think our complaints will fall on deaf ears.

How did you know you were refunded? I don't think I have been yet, but I'm sure my online banking won't reflect that on a Sunday.

It showed up yesterday on my statement...

Yet to be reflected in my available funds, however.

Okay, so we DONT have to send NLCS tickets back in to get refunded?

I have 1 ticket to Game 1 of the NLCS, but I haven't been refunded yet.

You used to have to - but you also used to get tickets and not print at home tickets.

I haven't received my refund yet either. I wonder if they're just refunding the local people first. It seems that way based off of the people who have posted here. Or maybe it's just coincidence.

I should note that I bought NLCS tickets on two different accounts. One has been refunded, one has not.

Same here. My credit card has been refunded, my debit card has not.

I also got refunded for NLCS home game 1.

I spent $85.56 in total for a $70 face value bleacher seat.

I got refunded $79.56.

Yes, it does indeed appear they are keeping the print-at-home and order processing fees. ](*,)

Not sure if the Cubs have anything to do with that however. Those fees could have been charged by Tickets.com and the Cubs might not have control over whether or not they get refunded.

I find it odd that my card was charged seconds after purchasing the tickets, but here we are 9 days after we knew that the Cubs wouldn't be playing in the NLCS and I still haven't received my (partial) refund.
