Do I like what's going on right now? Obviously not. But I've always been pretty even keeled, my man. I don't go off until the fat lady sings. Or until at least she's on the verge of warming up.

Heh. I guess I'm just wired differently. I guess I'll just stop getting on you guys for going off. Everyone vents differently and it's a pennant race so emotions are extra high.

Three weeks ago I realized that, as far as I was concerned, every Cubs win meant a WS victory this season and every loss was time to wait until next year. I'd like to believe I'm more level-headed than that, but I'd also like to believe I could ever have another favorite team.

That pretty much describes half the pitchers on the Marlins.

 

hes throwing 97mph gas and a 84mph slider with movement
