I can't believe Lee didn't make it with that bobble. The guy is definitely not as fast as he used to be.

 

Wondering if that foul ball to his knee is hurting him.

 

I think it is. He appears to hobble some when he runs.

Back to Lee being out at the plate for a sec:

 

It seems like we see very little attempt these days by players to run over catchers. Why?

 

Or are there more times and I'm just missing it?

Probably not worth the risk of injuring yourself on the play compared to how likely it is the catcher drops the ball.

I was thinking the same thing. If Lee runs into Paulino there's no way Paulino hangs onto the ball. He barely held on to the ball as it was.
