Why I like Ron Santo!

Being a great 3rd baseman aside, I love how he is a great fan of the team. Some people make fun of his ramblings at times, but you can really tell he is genuine about his love for the Chicago Cubs. I put him in the same class as Harry, probably even a notch above since Santo has always been a Cub.

I update it as Fred gets the updated stats, and if he does this for about a week the sig will be gone. Until then Im happy hes hitting and I really hope he keeps it up for about the next moth or so, but Im not holding my breath.

I was listening on the radio on the way home. You should have heard him in the bottom of the ninth. I wouldnt have been surprised if he didnt rush the mound and take out Dempster.
