We're only .5 games out because we got lucky and the Rockies got hot.

If we win this game we're tied. That's all that matters, lucky or not.

Which is true... but we play the Rockies next.

Don't worry about that until after tomorrow.

I knew it was a mistake to get emotionally involved with this team again.......... same as always, just when you start to really care/get optimistic... they pull the rug right out from under ya!

Chill out. They're .5 game out of first. They're not even losing this game. Yes they're in a funk, but it won't take much to get back in first. Relax.

You're just trying to make us mad. There's no way you aren't frustrated right now, don't pretend!

I don't recall being this frustrated at any point during the 2006 season.

2006 didn't tease you. You knew what the Cubs were. They were bad. This team has show you good and shown you bad so you can't get a read on them.

Surprisingly...I'm not. That's probably only because I'm in California and can only follow the game on gamecast. If I was watching/listening to the game I'd definitely be frustrated.

Z with a milestone strikeout. Let's stay positive folks.

CUBS are 50-40 when they draw at least 2 walks.... 8-14 when they don't

CUBS are 53-42 when they hit at least 1 double.... 6-11 when they don't

Go CUBS !!

Really tired of crap hits going against the Cubs too.

Just the last one by Bruntlett and the swinging bunt last night, that stayed on the chalk instead of going foul - which was the real turning point last night.
