The only runs that Marmol has given up this year was when he had to go more than 2 innings in the Atlanta game that Lilly got thrown out in. Take those 2 1/3 innings out (where if you remember he looked very good the first 1 1/3 innings or so in that game and then just got tired) and he's thrown 13 1/3 scoreless innings on the season.

and Kelly Johnson homered off him...lefties are hittin .300 off marmol while righties are under around .100 something....id say marmol shouldnt throw to lefties anymore
