Well I know here in town they always have the Royals network crew. I would assume the Phillies would have something similar. I also would think the Fox crew would stay to at lesat give updates. Who knows though.

FOX crew will stay just so they can sell the highlights to ESPN/COMCAST etc

They're expecting about a 1-hour window with no rain from what the announcers said. The tarp is coming off and they expect the game to resume in just about 5 minutes and 15 seconds (according to their previous estimate.

Here's a random note. The Cubs rallied in the 7th inning during the Pittsburgh game just before the rain delayed things. That was the start of the win streak wasn't it? Hopefully Pennsylvania+7th inning+Cubs rally+rain=at least a 5 game win streak.
