I'm sorry to say, if Freddy Garcia wants to get out of his slump, the Cubs are the team to do it against. Hopefully, I'm dead wrong about that, but he is 4-0 in 4 starts, w/ 30 IP and a 0.60 ERA against them lifetime.

Murton had a great day today, which makes me think otherwise.

 

I don't think that will overcome the fact that Murton has started 3 straight days, a right-hander is on the mound, and Floyd has 2 HR in 4 at-bats against him. I'm pretty sure that Floyd will start-and maybe he should, considering he's hardly played-he's got the exact same number of plate appearances as Murton, and that's what counts as hardly playing right? :D

I think it's pretty safe to say that if we lose this series you can pretty much expect a free fall for the rest of the trip. Phillies aren't a very good team, and it just gets tougher with the Mets and the W.Sox at home.
