Ah I hate when the pitcher is leading off the inning..Means theres instantly one out already

if the rules state that a little foul dribbler can roll back fair if no one touches it, then why isn't the rule that ANY foul ball grounder has to be touched in foul ground before the play is dead?

That's pretty low, Snell. You hit a guy in the head who couldn't score on a flyball to center and then throw to first before the first pitch.

 

And then he steals second...

It technically does (or hit the wall, stands, etc). It's really up to the discretion of the umps as to whether or not they feel it has a chance to end up in fair territory.
