what is going on? it looks like the picthing staff has lost interest in this game.

I'm trying to convince myself that the pitchers know they have the lead and that it's a tough day to hit one out...so they're avoiding walking guys and trying to make the Nats beat them with their bats.

It seems like the whole team has lost interest in the game..They think its like a 11-1 blowout..5-1 is not that difficult to come back from especially playing the Cubs

Well, the White Sox are keeping the Nationals from having the worst offense in baseball. They should be OK but I'm all about tacking on runs!

Crazy idea....maybe the Cubs should just let Santo do the stretch. Every day.

he did it really well yesterday. i thought he was going to pass out, though.

he even did what harry used to do, give the "1-2-3 strikes you're out" to the fans, which no one does.

To be fair to them, win expectancy is around 97% for the Cubs right now.

Incidentally, DeRosa needs to decide if he's got facial hair or not. He keeps throwing me off.

that dude is insanely tall

6'11" ? jesus.

I believe he did or said something, although I can't remember what, that really ticked off the White Sox organization and ran himself out of a Sox uniform.

Do you guys ever send in letters to mlb.tv or whoever you're havign these blackout problems with?

Because i hear people complain about the blackout rules every single game, I'd venture to say that if every person complaining sent in a email/letter after every incorrect game that got blacked out, something that would be done about it.

i'm just gonna burn down mlb headquarters... that'll get my message across

Is he the guy who left the stadium early after he got shelled early in a game, causing Kenny Williams to release him on the spot?

I think that's it.
