Are you serious? That's a direct rip off of the Simpsons. In the one where they go into international waters to buy beer, Homer points out a buoy that is broadcasting MLB with only implied oral consent (or so the legend goes).

 

Anyway, screw the man for kicking you off youtube- this clip rocks. Brenly is hilarious.
