I don't think your move to sub in Wuertz was legal, btw.

 

Was it not? I thought I could make the move before the games started for the week.

meh, no worries. If I lose because of Wuertz scoring that many points this week, I'm okay with that.

I know of the set the roster by Sunday rule but thought it was okas long as the moves are made before the teams take the field for the week. The commish can set me straight if I messed up. :oops:

The deadline is actually about an hour before the first game starts on Monday. Otherwise the players show up as subbed out as Duck does on your scoreboard. Since the game was so early this Monday, it may have caught you. Like I said, no worries. I was more letting you know for future games than anything else.

 

I'll crush you by the end of the week, anyway. ;)

Colorado wins 5-3.

 

Have I mentioned that the Nats are not alone in their hunt to be the worst team in baseball? The Giants are jealous and want in on that action.

 

funny since that is what a lot of people refer to the giants as - the gnats.

 

 

the new rules help you as that event does not affect cain's score.

I don't see how it would have affected his score differently under the old rules, unless you meant that he lost out on the chance at a win?

 

I was browsing the stats and the pitching is in line with the offense. Halladay and Rollins are both neck and neck as my point leaders and it would be a strong argument which one of those guys has been more valuable so far this year.

 

King Felix is another story. You may need to create special rules for that guy if he continues to dominate.

HBC and I are neck and neck offensively as I figured. Pitching has been the key. Both with 7 starts. Both with 2 in the books. My 2 have been 22 and 22.75 points. His 2 have been 16.55 and 4.75. My lead is basically the difference in the starters points. Hope this keeps up the rest of the week.

 

Edit: my bullpen has a 6.5 advantage, so he's actually been better with the bat.

Harden is to miss a start so he's to the injured roster. Gorzelanny in to throw the 22nd. LMK if that's not legal.

If Harden isn't officially placed on the major league DL you can't put him on your injured roster. You can keep him on your reserve list and use other starters on your active roster to get 7 starts for the week. The DL positions are restricted to players that are officially placed on the DL by their major league teams.

damn, half my team is taking the night off tonight.

 

So are mine, even though they are actually playing. My hitters are 1-17 on the night.

hey, myers gets me a couple points out of the pen!

 

could end up getting the win if cordero continues to be worthless.

 

you can't use him in a SP spot unfortunately. You are allowed to move him midweek but his points won't count tonight.
