Am I wrong in thinking that's Bobby Hill?

Yes, you are

EDIT - IIRC, it's Scott Moore.

Samardzija's hair isn't *that* long.

I read somewhere that he had it cut yesterday.

He had 5 inches cut off.

The Supercuts stylist raked her fingers through Samardzija’s thick, wavy, shoulder-length hair and asked him what he wanted done.

“Take five inches off,” he said, a request that surprised the woman, who asked why he wanted to lose his Fabio-like locks.

“I just said my job calls for a haircut,” Samardzija, a right-handed pitcher, recounted Friday as he sat in front of his locker at Fitch Park, the Chicago Cubs’ spring training home.

It doesn't look like Z slimmed down over the winter as much as he has in years past. That's probably a bad sign for his future overall health.

I think that's more of an illusion after seeing pictures of people who are much smaller than even Skinny Z.

No pics today? Or is it a day off?

Not a day off, just no Cubs pics.

Ozzie looks to be checking out some ass:

The White Sox go to Arizona for spring training right? Or is it Florida? I can never remember. But either way, is the heavy jacket really necessary there Ozzie?

Arizona, they're out in Tucson.

They used to train in Florida, but switched to Arizona a few years ago (I don't recall exactly when).

Actually, I don't think thats the case. When he was at a bulls game a couple weeks ago they interviewed him and he didn't look his typical skinny march self. A bit skinnier than end of season, but not super noticeable like in years past. He was wearing a skin tight t-shirt so it was easy to tell.

Z's gut is an illusion now? LOL. He's not as thin as he came in last year, clearly. Not that I think it necessarily means anything.

I'd be fairly confident in a prediction that he wears that thing in the shower. Guy is a sociopath.

Jim looks like he dropped about 25 lbs. Good example for the rest of the guys.

Man Woody looks good.

He really does...

And I'm going to reiterate just how great it is to see Mark Prior actually throwing baseballs off a mound in the first week of spring training.

Heck I thought the Cubs reaquired Juan Cruz! I wonder how he lost all that weight.

Is that what he used? It helps being able to afford that food.

Santo: I'm here with the fine fine manager of the Chicago Cubs, Lou Piniella. .

Lou: The season hasn't started yet Ron.
