Ogun had the ball, was on top of Brees but his knee was down, so he was down. That's our ball!

 

Not only that, but a Saint was touching Ogun's back...

Ogunleye needs to thank that O-Lineman for putting his hands on him, otherwise I think that might've been live all the way to the Saints guy getting it back.

 

I would agree with that-I don't think Brees counts for him being down, but Faine certainly does.

Well he was on top of Brees so technically that would be down by contact. It would be unintentional contact but contact nonetheless.
