Im really surprised FSU was able to put up 430 yards on offense and UCLA was able to put up 434 on offense too. I can't believ that.

 

I got 9 on Oak State, im wonder how Bama will play without Shula. That coaching search has been a real cluster and im sure distraction.

 

16 on Cal. I really dont like A&M. Maybe its because they are perenially overrated/underachievers when it comes to their talent. Its either that or there coaching reallly sucks.

Well considering the O/U on sportsbook started at 40.5 and dropped to 37.5 by game time, I don't think many people would have thought the score would have been as high as it was.

Big day for me in the confidence pool tomorrow. I've got 25 on Oklahoma State, 21 on aTm, and 20 on Kansas State. I can't believe I picked all 3 Big 12 schools, I look like an uber-homer.

 

Especially since you put at least 20 points on two underdogs from the Big 12.

 

The K-State one is the big one. I don't think OSU-Bama or aTm-Cal are on different levels. The big thing about all 3 of those teams is they've improved as the season went on. KSU almost lost to Illinois State at home in the opening week, and a couple weeks ago they beat Texas. OSU got smacked by Baylor, then they spanked Nebraska and took OU to the wire. aTm ended strong by beating Texas, especially compared to Cal who lost 2 of their last 3(and the win was a close game against awful Stanford).

Like I said earlier, I put a lot of higher confidence points on games I thought I'd be going against the grain with. Shoot for the moon, no one remembers the difference between 5th and 10th place in these leagues.

btw, I can't say I'm thrilled about having a lot of confidence on Cal over aTm tonight. Not after watching Oregon be completely uncompetitive against BYU, Arizona State get drilled by Hawai'i, and then UCLA losing to a mediocre F$U team. Guess I can hope for more from the top tier of the Pac 10.
