Actually, it is the PR/Media portion that Ryno has always had the problem with. Ryno was always a reserved and boring interview for the media and never did well in front of the camera. As far as being a coach, I don't know although he has been a spring training instructor for sometime, I would imagine he is not so bad a coach, but I imagine we will find out.
