Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail = #1 comedy!

 

I have to go with The Life of Brian as the #1 Monty Python.

 

Gotta agree with Vance on this one.

 

It's funny how over here that movie is almost universally agreed upon to be the best Python film, while in the UK the Life of Brian is the #1 Python film.

 

Them Brits don't know a thing about humor.

I'm all for a best comedies tourney. Mel Brooks had better be well-represented (History of the World, Blazing Saddles, Spaceballs). The Monty Python franchise as well.

Old School wasn't 5% as funny as everyone makes it out to be.

 

The funniest movie I've seen recently was The 40 Year Old Virgin.

 

Some of my favorite all time are Airplane!, Blazing Saddles, Animal House, National Lampoon's Vacation, South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut, and Life of Brian
