Most Paranoid Fans?

Which team's fans go around all year worrying about what people think of them the most? Whose fans are constantly worried about who does/doesn't like their team?

I think there have been some clear cut examples (on this board) of people who get really uptight when the ND hate comes out. Take the argument about whether or not Weis ran up the score against PSU. All the "you're only complaining because it's ND" comments came out.

 

But yeah, White Sox fans are a breed of their own. Illini fans are pretty dormant until the season starts, then they flood the talk radio stations with their nonsense.

I'm confused about why ND is even a choice in this poll. Most ND fans know that a lot of people hate ND. But, as ndistops said, most don't care - they just want to win.

I live on the south side and you mention one thing about their team and they start flipping out and bragging and if something isnt going theyre way they look like they are about to cry...Most of all the fans anyway are trash....Usually walking around with Nascar shirts and torn jeans and their budweiser hats... I hate their fans more than I hate the team

The words are different but the noise serves the same function. It is annoying

 

If it's not whining about the Cubs from WS fans. It's whining about the schedule from ND fans.

 

If it's not Maglio is better than Sammy from the WS fans. It's we could have had Randy Moss but we're too good from ND fans.

 

It's all functionally equivalent.

 

I can't wait until Weis leaves and ND becomes another mid major with a little history, just like Army.
