Me too..but that's all right. I've spent the last 4 years in TN, and have rarely found a single person rooting with me in a game, so I personally am very, very used to it.

Yes, they will. Notre Dame will play for a championship within the next 5 years. The hype is just getting well ahead of their ability and talent.

ND-Michigan is usually earlier than this (week 3 is about the latest they play any season) and the teams are about even overall, if I remember right. The team Michigan has usually ruined late in the season was Ohio State-they ruined OSU's national title hopes around 4 times in the 90's on the final game of the season..

What the hell happened to Northwestern's offensive line? They're horrible despite returning four starters and replacing Strief with Trevor Rees, who returned after being ineligible last season. So that's five returning starters from a pretty good offensive line and now they're crap.

 

At least they won, though. Nevada on Friday night will be a test.

 

Oh, and the new clock rules suck.
