Bynum homered to right field

Ramirez flied out to right center field

Jones grounded out to the pitcher, unassisted

Murton singled to center field

Mabry popped out to shallow left field

Fred...what did you do before 1876!?

(Thanks for the PBP for those of us who are primarily watching football.)

 

Well.... up until June of 1876 I followed the exploits of Goerge Custer with a great deal of interest.

 

What football ??? Bears don't start untill 15:15, eh?

 

Just getting warmed up for the Bears.

 

How are you going to watch the Bears game, sir?

Unless that was completely random, I assume you have an interest in the topic. I took the family to Montana to see the battlefield several years ago and have numerous books on the Last Stand. One book was written based on the extensive archaeological work done which lays out a very plausible time line.

 

Custer's managerial skills are similar to those of Dusty's.

Have you read anything on the subject by Melvin A. Brandt ?? (He was a personal firend).

 

btw..... the CUBS were off that day, celebrating their victory over New York the day before !!!
