Fred, sorry haven't read anything by your friend. I have Connell's "Son of the Morning Star"; a book by Custer's wife, Gray's "Custer's Last Campaign";and Scott,et al's "Archaeological Perspectives on the Battle of The Little Bighorn." Oh, I went to the study to look it up, I don't keep titles clogging up my brain.

Aw jeez, waste a double this inning.

There goes my 2-6 loss prediction...

And how is it that this team has more hits, but fewer runs? Timely hitting has been more of a problem with this team, than just hitting.

Do you think the players are the least bit embarrassed? Hendry needs to fire Dusty today and manage the rest of the season himself.

Go bears!!!! Go Rex Grossman!!!

They need to hire motivational speaker Larry Winget... He's fond of saying "Your sales suck because you suck!"

He needs to adapt that to the Cubs.

"Your play sucks because YOU suck!"

I didn't see the game, but it looks like a pretty good outing by Mateo and Aardsma's line is impressive.

Second season series sweep for the year.
