This is probably the most entertaining EPL season in memory. At least since the perfect Arsenal season for me. I really hope City don't run away with it in 2014 and it stays this competitive.

For sure. Eight teams within nine points of first. Liverpool was first on Christmas and two games later, they've dropped to fifth.

 

If City does run away with it, they're going to deserve it. They've beaten six of the other top seven teams in the top-8 so far with a 26-8 goal differential. However, only the Chelsea game has been on the road and they lost that one. So of the current top-8, they only home game they've got against those seven teams left is Chelsea. So they've put up a mediocre away form (3 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses) against crappy competition.

I'd bet a week's pay that Chris Klute makes the Brazil roster. He's the best pure LB in our pool and I know JK loves the Beas, but Klute is the truth.

I like Klute as well. If Yedlin and Klute both showed strong here and earn a trip to camp in May, that would be fantastic. Those two and Gil would be great assets next summer.

 

Clint went 90 in a 1-1 draw at Norwich. He was rusty.

 

Arsenal have just torn Spurs up today. They have just no midfield control whatsoever. Walcott probably tore his ACL, though, so there's that.

I was thinking he was out for another week. Still Wenger has to pick up someone, if not 3-4 players. Zelalem might be getting some time soon the way players are dropping.
