The Cubs have lost their last 4 games by a combined score of 24-3, and the last 2 games that Lee has been with us have been 2 of the worst losses. How much longer does Baker get, seriously?

I still don't think you get a qualified manager mid-season, but a change would be nice just to begin the rebuilding.

 

As I've said before, I'd dump everyone but Speier. I'd make him interim and then promote Joshua to hitting coach.

Valentine is managing in Japan (Seibu I believe), and Gwynn is the head coach at SDSU. Hershiser was Texas' pitching coach last yeara and did a decent job, but he's now working for ESPN I believe which leads me to wonder if he wants to coach anymore.
