CUBS are 0-11 when they trail by 5 or more runs at the end of the 6th inning.

Go CUBS !!

according to the astrost annoucners, the cubs are 0-for-2006 when trailing by 4 or more runs at any point in the game :(

any chance that we can give Neifi to the 'stros?

Their announcers have been kissing neifi's butt all night long.

Really? What are they praising him for?

They've said (me paraphrasing)

Perez has had a great career.

Perez is a fine guy to have on your team.

There's lots of talent in Perez's family.

They've talked about him being a great player on more than one occasion.

Which goes to show that watching baseball everyday doesn't automatically make you a good judge of talent.

Horrible call there, Burke was out by quite a bit; even the Astros' commentators are saying it. That just cost us another run.

Home plate ump misses two called third strike calls, the second base ump misses a clear CS, and now Jones chucks one 15 feet.
