Remember last year when we rallied against Lidge?

 

I don't see that happening tonight; we've got 7 more runs to tie and no outs to work with.

I wonder if at this point Dusty has given up on this team? He leaves Marshall in while he's getting pounded pretty good, he continually puts out mediocre lineups then double switches to make them worse, and in this inning he lets Ohman become the Astros' BP pitcher...maybe he's trying to get fired.

 

I thought that Dusty wanted to leave way back in '03 when he put Lenny Harris in the leadoff spot.

 

But now I believe he just thinks his way is the right way.

Pierre, Arod, and Dunn would be the cornerstones of the non-clutch team.

 

Latroy Hawkins would be the closer.
