Santo hospitalized

According to Bernie Miklasz, Ron Santo has been hospitalized and will miss the series this weekend. Hope it is nothing serious, Ron has been through enough.

I was impressed with the show of support from the Cardinals fans, they all said they enjoyed listening to Ron.

Get-well wishes: WGN Radio broadcaster and former Cub Ron Santo will miss the weekend series in St. Louis to recuperate from a viral infection that hospitalized him on Thursday. Santo was taking medication and feeling better. Dave Otto will fill in as the color man this weekend.
