Extremely legitimate. I posted a Premium BA link in the thread about him - the confirmed concerns are (past?) drinking problems, accidents and outbursts on and off the field. The unconfirmed rumors involve steroid usage.

 

That said, he's a top-5 talent and some team will take him in the first round - the Dodgers might be that team - or they might not want to have problems after drafting Hochevar last year.

The BA article compared Drabek to Josh Hamilton in terms of being a two-way prospect. Sounds like the Hamilton comparison may go beyond playing ability.
