With the exception of Danks, they've taken college players in the first round. This year I'll go with Joba Chamberlain for their 1st round pick.

Outshined, I think you need to bump the time limit down from 12 hours to something like 6 hours. Alot of these picks have gone right up to their time limit and that might help speed things up.
