Why not put Murton in the 3 slot?

It looks like Dusty is going with the speed at the top philosophy today?

They'll run back to the dugout after the groundouts lickety split.

Neifi's about as quick as Ron Coomer.

Dear Mother Nature,

Please rain every day wherever the Chicago Cubs are playing, so that fans don't have to watch this pathetic bunch play every again.

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

BeerHere

P.S. Sorry about urinating on all those trees, bushes, flowers and other assorted flora and fauna. I have no excuse other than to say that Bud Lite goes right through me.

What's your excuse for drinking Bud Lite? And what is Bud Lite anyway, some sort of crazy merged Miller and Anheuser product?

That lineup! Put the people with the lowest OBP at the top of the lineup?????

Big day for Guzman. Either Guz or Hill is about to be replaced by Kerry Wood in the rotation. It'll probably come down to how Angel does today and how Rich does in his next start.

Dusty needs to try something different. Obviously all the other lineups aren't working. So I can't blame Dusty at all. Walker been in a major slump for the past 10 days.

I'm not criticizing resting Walker for a day. I AM certainly criticizing him for putting Neifi second! Neifi's had a whole career to show that he does not get on base much. Put Murton first or second then.

Holy....

That is one of the worst line-ups I can possibly imagine. This line-up is absolutely grounds for a firing IMHO.

I suspect that Jones is sitting today because of his groin. Either it's bothering him, or Dusty is just being a little cautious due to the rain.
