How is this an ugly game? I am encouraged by the offensive production today. 5 runs on 4 hits. With the lack of a strong lineup I like that we maufactured the runs

shadows will be half way b/w the plate and the mound in the bottom of the 9th increasing our chances to score exponentially....that is if we get out of the top of the 9th in the next hour or so

While he has good offense and speed. Would we really want to sign that arm to play centerfield for long term?

He has good offense?

So we have heard, and not seen this year.

Or last year.

Apparently the propaganda blitz on how he his so hard to strike out and has the third most hits in the last 5 years hasn't sold you yet!

And the game is only tied if Dusty doesn't pull Jones.

You can't assume everything would have stayed the same. Nevertheless, a terrible decision.

Why did he pull him? Anyone know?

He finally realized that Jaques Jones was in right field? :)

I'm guessing his poor performance on the plate today.

haha apparently not. I'm sure glad we gave up three young arms for him though when we have a centerfielder better than him playing in Iowa.

To quote Tim: "I'm not sure Dusty realizes he can pull the pitcher and not do a double switch."

For a double-switch even a Little League manager wouldn't make.
