How do you get a photo into your signature?
First, the photo has to be on a web site (such as Photobucket), not on your computer. You then use the same tag as you would to post a picture, except you do it through your profile. You type [ img]URL for picture[/ img] (without the spaces in the tag).

I think the problem may be that you are linking to a php file that is displaying the image rather than to the image itself. You would probably be better off if you did what NCCubbieFan suggested. You can right-click the image using the link that you have and save it to your PC, and then you can upload it to an image hosting site like Photobucket. Once you've done that you should have no problem linking to it in your signature on this site.

How do you get a photo into your signature?

For that matter, how do you post a like to your own blog in your signature area? I've started a Cub blog that I think people might find interesting.

If you're a regular member (non-premium), select "profile" from the menu on the top of the page. Scroll down to "signature." Use the url tags and put the link in between them. Submit.

If you quote this post, the url tags will be visible. You can cut and paste them and put your blog url in between.
