  1. It’s easy to bring in the wrong guy when you have a bunch of wrong guys in the bullpen.
  2. Does Joe have many options, especially in the 6th?
  3. Got a hot dog from concessions right after BP for $6.50. Just got another before the top of the 6th for $8.00. WTF is going on?!?!?
  4. Hasn’t Joe said in the past that the time to give a player rest is after a nice game so the player can rest on a positive?
  5. So if I’m looking at this correctly, the implication in that if Khris Davis is still playing in 95 years, he’ll bat .244???
  6. I thought the commentator sounded like a douche. Go figure.
  7. Crew up 8-7 in the bottom of the 8th Jeffress gives up a double and single to start inning. First and third, none out. In comes Hader. Hader Ks Polanco. Not a good matchup for Gregory. 1 out. Marie dongs to CF. Bucs up 10-7. Hader seems to give up a lot of dongs.
  8. What is joe supposed to do with a horsesh!t bullpen?
  9. If Steve Cishek were a golfer, he’d be Jim Furyk.
  10. Throw poop at the wall. Maybe some of it sticks. What other poop might be put there?
  11. I thought Harrison Bader was the next Randall Grichuck before everyone realized Grichuck suck,
  12. I’m sticking with Stanton and Judge. I think they’re due to break it of their homerless drought any day now.
  13. Miley will dominate. Professor will be good. Then not good. Bullpen will do what it does. Cubs will get swept. NSBB will be sad. Cubs will limp into the ‘lou And sweep the Turds. NSBB will be happy.
  14. LOL Northsidebaseball.com!!! I player dies. He was a really good hitter. He rarely walked and rarely struck out. And the thread turns into an argument. Hahahahahah!!!!!!!!!
  15. Who are these guys doing all this damage? Specifically the Astros players, not the Cubs pitchers.
  16. Completely unrelated to the game: I’ve never done this before, but I clicked on one of this site’s ad banners. Manscaper. Was intrigued.
  17. They should walk Russell with the pitcher on deck.
  18. A have this urge to find Chili and punch him.
  19. This Astro’s lineup looks like a “we can beat the Cubs with one arm tied behind our back” type of lineup.
  20. Bill Buckner played 22 MLB seasons, and he never walked or struck out more than 40 times in any of them.
  21. Bill Buckner is and always will be my absolute favorite baseball player. In a time when the Cubs weren't very good, he was a bright spot. I learned to switch hit, fashioning my 'wiffle ball" swing and stance after #22. Even had a black wiffle bat. #22 RIP
