he's made his jared fogle like transition very well known But yeah, I've lost about 155 pounds over the last 18 months. Just need to ride this out until Xmas and I should be at 175 (so I'll have essentially lost an entire me, which seems bonkers) and I can start finally eating some real food again. Congrats man! I've lost 50 lbs since early June (315 lbs at that time) when I got really sick. Getting that sick plus having gout/being sore all the time cuz of my weight/laziness finally made me had enough of that crap. My target weight is 210-220 so I still got another 50ish lbs to go. -
I'm honestly shocked that Trevathan wasn't ejected there. I have to think NFL will suspend him and rightfully so.

I still like my Titleist 910, but it's probably time for me to upgrade there, too. I like the look of the Baffler 4-wood. I would try that one out. I've mostly subsituted my Cobra 2/3 hybrid (in 2-setting) for my 3-wood this season. I wish I could get a 1-hybrid. I got a Titleist 909 1 hybrid which I love, but in the same boat as you, it's time to upgrade. Not sure what I'm going to do as they don't make 1 hybrid anymore. I'll probably go to a strong 3 wood then a 2 utility iron in my next setup. Biittner- It's hard to make recommendations for a club because look/feel/how you hit is different for everyone. You're better off going to like a golf store (if there's one near you) and hit a bunch of 3 wood (new and older used models) to see what you like and go from there.

Efficient guy, who doesn't turn the ball over and has won 60 of his last 85 starts.....now give him a better arm and more bulk with similar (at worst) athletic ability. I'll take it. Trubisky is much more Russell Wilson than Alex Smith. I was being sarcastic with that post as I'll take a Alex Smith. Alex Smith is underrated IMO. I mean, I still love Jay and some of his throws were just insane because of his arm, but give me a QB that is super accurate. It's going to be fun watching Trubisky. Definitely looked the part even though it's just the preseason.

Moving the bullpen to under the bleacher and putting a camera in there was the right move.

Fangraphs projects us as the 3rd best. Yankees: Chapman, Betances, Robertson, Kahnle, etc... Dodgers: Jansen, Baez, Fields, Dayton, etc... We have a lot of very good relievers, but Davis isn't quite on the level of a Chapman, Jansen, Miller, or Kimbrel. You can certainly make an argument that he is on that level IMO. I had a conversation with a buddy of mine 2 weekend ago who thought Davis was just merely "good" and that Cubs will miss Chapman in the playoff if they get there this year and on and on about other Cubs stuff. He's from Texas who moved up here because of the windmills in this area and is a Rangers fan. I showed him Davis's stats the past 4 years as a RP and told him how Davis is on Rivera territory when it comes to playoffs (1 ER in 27 IP as a RP iirc). He didn't say another Cubs thing the rest of the night.

It seems like Maddon has called a horsefeathers ton more hit and run this season compared the past 2 years or am I just imagining that?

Meh. What does he have? Like 200 career HRs? He had a couple upper 20s and a 30+ HR season iirc.
