How so? You have to refresh my memory. Well, for one, there would be enough time to fit in at least 10 more plays. But when you get down to 7 or 6 minutes left, the clock will just fly by. Running the clock after a change of possession is going to eliminate many 4th quarter comebacks. I forgot about clock running after a change of possession.
I don't have a link but I saw it a couple times on the ESPN2 bottom line but it said "Adam Vinatieri, Corey Simon, Bob Sanders, and Brandon Stokley out for Sunday's game vs Jaguars".
Sweet trick play by Minnesota. Three WR's on the right side. The QB took the snap, threw to one of the receivers who threw the ball back to the left side of the field to the RB who made a nice over the shoulder catch.
They might make it to Columbus undefeated but they won't make it out undefeated. Just for a cover all, Michigan will leave Columbus with one more loss then they came in with.
I agree completely. not if it was the same three pitchers or similar quality. I would love to have wells in cf for $6 million or so even if only for a year. I realize that Pierre and Wells are two completely different players that bring different things to the table. I just don't like the idea of trading three decent/good pitching prospects for a one year rental.
Colorado is beating Georgia 10-0 right now. Yes, that's the same Colorado that lost to Montana St. ETA: 232-31 total yards in favor of Colorado as well.
The Jays have some good young outfielders, Rios and Lind come to mind. If Reed Johnson is for real, Wells could be available. The Jays would want good, young arms. I hadn't thought about the Wells/Wilkens connection. Ah, ok. Thanks for the info.
