  1. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a scenario where Dallas won't have something to play for next week which means they'll have to play their starters against the Lions. Although, on the positive side, with Tampa Bay's victory over Cleveland yesterday, there are no teams with only 3 wins so the Raiders are assured of a top 2 pick in the 2007 draft.
  2. After allowing Ron Dayne to rush for 153 yards, I'm not sure the Colts even deserve to be in the playoffs. But since they will be the answer to your question is I would not be the least bit surprised. In fact, depending on the team they play, the Colts could be underdogs.
  3. I'm looking forward to Louisville beating Wake Forest and then hearing all the Big East haters say "well, it was just Wake Forest and the ACC sucks this year".
  4. Worthless Bears. Couldn't even lose to the Lions.
  5. YES!!! TOUCHDOWN RAMS!!
  6. St. Louis with great field position after a big punt return. Please don't screw this up.
  7. At least the Rams get the ball first. TD please Bulger so you don't have to rely on Wilkins again.
  8. !@*&^%&^%#^*&$%*!&^%$*!^$%*!^#$#$^%#&^*@! Wilkins missed the field goal. Rams-Redskins going to overtime. ^%$#^@%#^!%$&^%!*&%!@*&^#&^%!#&@%^$!^#@%$!#!*
  9. St. Louis driving. All they have to do is make the FG. And the Bears took the lead over the Lions. :x
  10. YES!! Go Rams!!
  11. That's definitely possible.
  12. The race for the #1 pick is heating up as the Lions are beating the Bears right now.
  13. I love the Bears right now. They're trying so very hard to help the Raiders get the #1 pick.
  14. Based on his PPR, I don't think he actually made any picks. As opposed to Vance who is 1-5.
  15. My 115 points and 5-1 record places me in the 98th percentile of all ESPN.com players right now :) This is completely out of character for me, I used to almost take pride in my ability to get under 40% of the bowl games right. Don't worry, there are plenty of bowl games left.
  16. Truffle, according to the ESPN.com schedule Oakland is 6-9 ATS this year so not as bad as you (or I for that matter) thought. St. Louis (-1) Cleveland (-3) Buffalo (-4.5) New Orleans (+3) Jacksonville (-3) Indianapolis (-9.5) Chicago (-6) Atlanta (-6.5) Baltimore (+3.5) San Francisco (-4) San Diego (-4.5) Cincinnati (+3) Dallas (-7) NY Jets (+2.5)
  17. I'm pretty sure you're a sane person so I believe you.
  18. Yeah, I had a combined 11 points riding on the three games today.
  19. New Mexico doesn't know how to hang on to the football and they have lost four fumbles today against SJST.
  20. Well this one's over. Back to the football game.
  21. I don't consider sucking at baseball to be a "non-baseball reason." Sammy was washed up 2 years ago and he won't be any better now. If Sammy platooned with Jones/Floyd, he would face primarily left handed pitching since Jones/Floyd can't hit LHP. Sammy's 2005 line vs LHP was .288/.370/.471/.841. That's a hell of a lot better than what Jones/Floyd would do against LHP. Well, we're talking about 2007 and Sammy missed last season and will be two years older. Let's all be realistic. I was mainly pointing out that Sammy wasn't "washed up 2 years ago". And when he was "washed up" he still hit LHP pretty well.
  22. Wow. Horribly blown coverage by New Mexico. There wasn't a defender within 20 yards of the SJST receiver. 7-0.
  23. OSU isn't looking too hot right now.

  25. Go San Jose St.
