  1. I hated Charles Woodson the last couple years when he was on the Raiders and this makes me hate him even more. He had 6 interceptions in his final five years with the Raiders. Three of those years he only played half the year but still. 6 picks in his final 54 games with the Raiders and 8 in 16 games with the Packers.
  2. So how long until Lovie puts Griese in?
  3. Did you used to have a different Name? I cant believe, with as much as i'm on here, i have totally missed someone making 6000 posts... Look under his name ;) It doesn't say anything underneath his name for Premium users. ETA: He used to be Willis... something or other.
  4. That's what I thought. It went past the LOS. yeah but it sure didn't look like he ever left the tackle box. I always thought it was an either/or. I've always thought it was both. Nick Barnett looks like Mega Man. I thought it was both also.
  5. It's not because the refs hate the Bears, remember?
  6. Are you kidding me? You are basing this off of one game. Look at the stats on the year. 10 of the 16 AFC teams had records of 4-0 or 3-1 against the NFC this year and two others had records of 2-2. Only 1 NFC team (Dallas) had a record over .500 against the AFC this year while 8 had records of 2-2. New Orleans went 1-3. So did Philly and the NY Giants. Chicago and Seattle both went 2-2. That means the six NFC playoff teams went 8-14 against the AFC. The six AFC playoff teams? Try 21-3.

  8. Denver's going home and KC is in the playoffs.
  9. I think it would be pretty funny if Denver got in with a tie.
  10. Miami takes a 7-0 lead in the 30 degree weather of Boise, Idaho. I don't know about any of you but regardless of the outcome of the game, I find it hilarious that the U has to play a bowl game and likely spend New Years in Boise.
  11. They said they couldn't get the equipment for the yellow line to Denver because of the snowstorm. The storm probably affected the whole production.
  12. Jets are gonna get drilled either way. If the Jets play Indy, that's the one team that Indy should have success with. I don't even think the Jets RBs could have great days against Indy's awful run D. And if they play New England, the Pats are definitely going to be thinking revenge from the loss that they sustained to the Jets at home earlier this season. If Ron Dayne can run for 153 yards against Indy's defense, I'm sure the Jets' RB's have a shot to have big days.
  13. Indy wins to wrap up the 3rd seed in the AFC.
  14. Haha. My Fox station switched about half an hour ago. Refs in the Denver/SF game just made one of the worst calls I've seen in a while. SF player caught a pass, took three steps, and lost the ball as his knee hit the ground. Was it a fumble? Was he down before the fumble? Neither, the ref ruled after replay. It was an incomplete pass. The broadcasters were flabbergasted because they had never even considered that it wasn't a complete pass. For once I'm happy to be 'stuck' with the 49ers game. That was a horrendous call. It was obviously a catch and the receiver's knee was down.
  15. Denver trying to choke away a playoff berth. They're down 17-13 to SF in the third.
  16. First 3 baskets of the half gives UCLA a 20 point lead. 15-0 run.
  17. 20 points for Afflalo in the first half. 9-0 run by UCLA to end the half for a 47-33 lead.
  18. about six years too late. And what's funny is that without that epic collapse, he'd still be coaching the Gophers next year. And with Mason, I use the term "coaching" loosely. He's always been a solid, but not great, offensive coach and their running game has always been good. But they never have any semblance of a defense whatsoever and this was the last straw. As someone who has followed Big Ten football for the past five years, I can say for certain that just as big a weakness as the defense is Mason's inability to coach with the lead. When they have a 4th quarter lead they go into the prevent and go away from the good balanced offense that was gaining yards and scoring points. If other D-I athletic directors have any sense, Mason will never have another head coaching job. Yeah, I should have added that. I remember specifically the Michigan game in Minnesota a couple years ago at the Metrodome when Minnesota choked away a huge fourth quarter lead.
  19. It's a good New Years gift for those guys.
  20. Forgot about this game, thanks for the reminder. In other Pac-10 action Cal is getting pounded by Arizona. Huh? They played on Thursday and Arizona won. No shutout for UCLA today. :( It must be a replay then. It's on comcast sports net for me but they do show replays sometimes. Probably the replay cuz Arizona was blowing out Cal for most of the game on Thursday. Do you get the U-Dub-UCLA game too? Yeah, it's on FSN. ETA: And I'm watching since it's far more interesting than the NFL games on right now (SF-Den, Mia-Ind).

  24. Is he the disappointing former FSU quarterback?
  25. Manning throws a TD pass to Dan Klecko, a lineman. Awesome.
