    It's going to cost you quite a few worms to do that. Let's bring Billy Martin back to life, before Steinbrenner does, then fired Martin...j/k I will basically endorse anybody as manager---excluding Hargrove and Piniella---as long as Baker is gone. And when Baker is gone, maybe he will take the Fanchise Player with him....you know who they are....

    With the way Pie is struggling, the decision on Pie immediate future, has been taken away from Hendry/Baker. Pie staying in AAA for the next yr and a half is a very good idea, and I hope the new regime don't disturb that plan.

    I liked Crawford's more, because he did it against a "veteran" in Jason Johnson. Plus, Crawford legitimately beat the throw him, so dude, he's like superfast.

    The Cubs play tonight? The last time I checked, the last game the last game they played was the game Lee was lost for two months. I don't know who these bums are....but they are imposters.

    Brandon McCarthy, Josh Fields, Lance Broadway, Brian Anderson, Pablo Ozuna, and they also have to take either Pierre or Jones off our hands. Pablo Ozuna? WTF? You do know Ozuna is the White Sox version of Nefti Perez (slight better hitter, but still crap), so why in the world would the Cubs be interested in another light-hitting middle infielder? I'd take the first four names for both Eyre and Howry, but seeing as neither player enjoy their time on the Southside, and Hendry is hesitant on trading with the Sox, it doesn't look like it will happen.

    Sure. Murton, Williamson, Guzman, Wuertz, Walker and Hill. Boom. Don't forget ex-Cub Hairston, he wasn't exactly a fan of Baker's. Jerome Williams, isn't a fan of Baker. But hey as long as Nevin, Perez, Rusch, and Pierre are happy with their playing times, who cares about the rest of those bums, right? I'm still waiting for the "Players' Manager" persona of Baker to kick in. But hey while I wait, maybe I could win the lottery.

    I think Mark Teahen could be available (with Butler/Gordon waiting in the wings) and he FITS into what the Cubs are trying to accomplice...swing, swing, and more swing. Other guys could include....Ty Wigginton, Brendan Harris ( 8) , those type third baseman could be had, for stopgap purposes.
