    What the hell. I don't get CSN. I have two radio's in my dorm. Both of them are getting HORRIBLE reception. So i took my little handheld cassette player/ am/fm radio and plugged my headphones in and turned them all the way us so i can still hear them if they're stiting next to me and i'm finally getting decent reception. This sucks. Everything should be on WGN all the time. Also - Kendall sucks badly at throwing. RUN. Or walk, for that matter - he won't throw you out.

    Yeah, I'm increasingly in favor of night games as well. That said - i still love day games and it's not entirely impossible for me to watch them yet.

    Well "Slick" probably had something to do with the ridiculous amount of rain it received on opening day.

    I'm gonna miss the first inning or two of this one thanks to stupid class that runs till 1:50. Then I'll be back to listen to Pat and Ron.....I wish my dorm got CSN.

    You're an idiot. How is this acceptable? . selective moderation. How do you know nothing was said to him? Often times things like this are handled by a simple "Hey, You know not to do that. So, don't." type of PM without a single word being said in the thread in question. Not that I'd know from experience or anything.

    Oh, and also I didn't know that technically, Ernie was the first black manager in baseball - that's pretty cool. I had no clue.

    I was standing on the ramp leading up to th 400 section looking down on the ceremony - it was awesome. When they unveiled it he walked around to everyone sitting in the front row (mostly politicians. The Governor, Dick Durbin I believe, Jesse Jackson, etc) and asked each of them "Is that me?" It was really cool. I just wish they would have turned their speakers up a bit because I actually heard him more clearly when he was standing away from the mic asking people if that was him than I did when he was giving his speech.

I almost feel famous now. *About as famous as one can feel from sitting in the same chair as a backup SS who isnt thought highly enough of to beat out ryan freaking theriot for a starting job*
