not surprising they'd give in and see if Seiya chases with PCA on deck vs. LHP even if it puts the tying run on 2B. Make em pay PCA even if the matchup is bad
Gotta love the Orioles being able to bring in a lefty to face Busch, Tucker, slumping Seiya and PCA. Even switching to Kelly is a net loss for the Cubs.
Really think even if he's getting less ABs, consider breaking up the top of the order.
It doesn't matter who the Brewers play, assuming they don't pull a Cubs, they'll improve to 47-15 over their last 62 games, playing at a 119-43 pace for 40% of the season. Good teams, bad teams, doesn't matter.
It took me forever to get used to the faster rhythm. Like most people with short attention spans due to smartphones, I got used to a certain between pitch rhythm and flow so I kept missing pitches because they were coming too quickly. But once I adapted its an overall better viewing experience.
Has anyone tried to go back and watch a full game pre-pitch clock? It's jarring watching some of those 2016 playoff games again with all the step offs, look overs, and just overall slower pace between pitches.
