18 ER in 11.1 IP over Shota's last 3 starts (2+ starts I guess). 6 HRs allowed too. That's insane. -
Baseball is such a bizarre sport. No one hits for almost an entire month and now all the sudden they flipped a switch and are scoring runs again.

Weirdest season ever. I think at our best we were 7 games clear of a playoff spot. Now we can be out of the playoffs with a Diamondbacks win tonight still 12-13 in our last 25 games!

Update on my kid's roller coaster of emotions in his first season following baseball: he think's its a night game today and I haven't corrected him yet because I know he'll waste this beautiful day getting upset about baseball if he knows. I know the old timers who have posted with me for 20 years think this is karma for me lol

PCA doesn’t challenge a clear ball on 3-0 in the 9th inning down 3. I know they only have one left but at this point you aren’t going to have many more chances to challenge calls
