  1. Ugh based loaded 0 outs and might not score a run here Edit: or not!
  2. Can’t say I’ve ever seen a teams MIs collide going for a ball up the middle
  3. The K-rate and overall in zone contact rate are very concerning but hey maybe he's a unicorn and can defy those red flags.
  4. I think this is similar to what NBA players have done with meniscus injuries. The second Rose knee injury they opted to repair the meniscus and he missed the rest of the season. When he happened again, I'm pretty sure he opted to have it removed and was back shortly after. The tradeoff is that it can shorten your career and/or cause flair ups in the future. Boyd is 35 so maybe isn't as concerned about the long term ramifications.
  5. The PCA HR was a HR in exactly one major league ballpark 😂
  6. we got no starters, we got no pen, our pitchers ARMS ARE FALLING OFF ^^poor attempt at a Dumb and Dumber joke
  7. Swanson has taken some overeager ABs lately, chasing a lot of bad stuff.
  8. Not gonna win them all, annoying way to blow this though if they dont come back.
  9. 2 weakly hit grounders and a horrible bunt that went right back to the pitcher, 0 outs recorded lmao
  10. The Rays are 5-10 against the NL Central, 18-2 against every other team they've played.
  11. 17-3 on our last 20. Is that good? That’s the kind of run that almost broke me last year when the Brewers did something similar
  12. Walk off sac fly…if Seiya doesn’t swing at ball 4 lol
  13. Hayes hit a HR today that only would have been a HR at Wrigley and Houston. PCAs triple would have been a HR at GABP.
  14. Is there some reason Shaw started his slide 2/3rds of the way towards 2nd base?
  15. We’ve won 15 of 18 games and are facing a team that came into the day with a negative run differential for the season at home. The series might or might not go our way but in no way are we doomed if we lose a Cabrera start.
  16. That’s exactly 3 ER allowed in each of Cabrera’s last 5 starts. Work in progress
