    I love the work you are doing to promote hockey Cyno, but don't you think the average person has a decent knowledge of hockey? I mean the NHL has been around for our entire lives, people played floor hockey in gym class or roller hockey or ice hockey with friends growing up etc. At some point people have been exposed to hockey in their lives I would think. Maybe I'm wrong?

    We get the Rams and the Chiefs, who combined have won half as many games as the Niners and Raiders. Thankfully the semester is over on Friday, so I get to go home to where only the Rams have to be on. About 75% of the NFLs crappiness is contained in the Bay Area, Missouri and Ohio. The other 25% is the Lions.

    It's kinda crazy the Panthers can get the number 1 seed with a win. Are you counting on them to be crappy again next year like they always seem to do after a playoff season?

    Not the only but pretty much. One Falcons and Bucs win in the last 2 games eliminates the Bears from the WC. And I think the Falcons play the Rams and the Bucs play the Raiders in Week 17.

    so going 2-10 with your only victories being the Buckeyes and Spartans is better than the Capital One Bowl? In my mind, no. But I'd say maybe 35% of Michigan fans would say yes.

    I'm way overthinking this, but an argument as a Michigan fan that I'll use to become Devil's Advocate. Michigan is good every year. 10-2 means nothing to a Michigan fan (or at least pre-RRod). Michigan fans want to win National Championships, and most likely 10-2 isn't going to cut it. So in the minds of a lot of fans 10-2 is pointless unless we beat our rivals. If we go 10-2 and lost to OSU and MSU, Michigan fans hear about it all winter. Sure we'll enjoy our Capital One Bowl, but it will feel hollow. Who cares if you win the Capital One Bowl? So if we aren't going to win the title, or even a Big 10 championship (not too likely at 6-2 especially with 1 of those losses to a team thats most likely going to be at the top of the standings), what's the point? So, I'd rather personally be 10-2 because I hate losing, but its an argument that can be made for Michigan fans. If you are like an Indiana fan, I can see why 10-2 would easily be MUCH more preferable, but for a team with higher aspirations and arguably bigger rivalries, there's at least an argument that can be made.

    LOL, I just looked at today's Sun Times and noticed during the Bulls story that it says in big bold letters on the top of the page "HORNETS 110, BULLS 101" I had to check the paper to make sure it wasn't 1994.

    That is a pretty cool statistic I should say regulation losses. We have a crapload of OTLs. That makes it less cool.

    Blackhawks have the 3rd least losses in the NHL. That's pretty awesome.

Games 1-4 against Miami in 2006-2007 was the last time the Bulls more than 2 games in a row. 07-08 Game 81 07-08 Game 82 08-09 Game 1 Fooey on you. Fine haven't won 3 in a row in the same season since 06-07

    Which Chicago team do you think has a better chance of catching Detroit Blackhawks (37 points in 28 games) catching the Red Wings (44 points in 30 games) or Bulls (11-12) catching the Pistons (13-9)
