  1. Oh yeah, I forgot we had Knox.
  2. After today's performance? I'm not buying it. There's one good team in the NFL. The blob has never been as big as it is this season. Who is the one good team? Gonna guess maybe Pittsburgh?
  3. Someone just lost a spot on the roster. Bears are gonna have to pick up a QB this week. Stupid Bengals claiming LeFevour.
  4. Oh well. This was just an awful game. I have absolutely no idea where we go from here. Absolutely nothing on offense went right today. We probably had the worst offensive game in the history of the franchise. The only game I remember seeing as bad as this is the Thanksgiving game against the Cowboys in 2004 but I think that was slightly better. Obviously if Cutler can play soon that's some bit of optimism, but it's obvious the offense is not going to ever operate properly with this oline. We cannot ever run the ball. It's not like we are just bad and get 3 YPC, we get completely stuffed at the line 8 out of every 10 running plays. We can barely ever pass the ball. Everytime we drop back for more than 3 steps there is someone in their face. It's just unbelievably bad. This is a defining point of the season for the Bears. We could either play better next week and consider this a semi-fluke game or we could completely collapse like last years team did after starting 3-1. What will we do?
  5. Pass interference call on a badly underthrown Collins ball. That won't do it either because they still have to make a play to get it in the end zone.
  6. lol @ Bradshaws face: "I'm gonna score! Look at me on the scoreboard" *ball is stripped* "holy [expletive] where did he come from"
  7. The only way the Bears score a TD is if one of their receivers or backs makes some huge plays after a screen pass or a slant or something. It's not going to be from a long drive or anything like that.
  8. 90% chance of a safety here. Can you really see the Bears doing anything at all with this drive? I mean I'll take it to keep the small chance of getting back in this game but I don't know how we don't end up tackled in our end zone here.
  9. Disagree. I think it's 90% run blocking that is responsible for his lack of success. When's the last time Forte has turned nothing into something? Bradshaw's done it a few times tonight. First of all I think you are selling Bradshaw's abilities short. But half of Forte's runs he gets the ball and is immediately being hit by multiple defenders. He doesn't have time to make anything happen.
  10. omg he's soooooooooooooooo bad. Probably should have brought in a better backup QB with this O-line and the type of offensive system that leads to heavy pressure.
  11. Disagree. I think it's 90% run blocking that is responsible for his lack of success.
  12. I submit this picture: http://www.chicagotribune.com/media/photo/2010-10/56515438.jpg
  13. This is a game that in previous years we might have had a shot with our special teams and defense making game changing plays. Not tonight though.
  14. Seriously what the hell did the Bears see in Collins that made them think he's a better option than Hanie? I know Hanie was hurt but Collins looks unbelievably awful. I think Juan Pierre can throw harder than him.
  15. So much for that. My God Collins is awful
  16. Wow...moving...the ball? We need at least 3 here.
  17. That's an understatement lol. Theres no way we get anything going after seeing Collins last "throw" and knowing that our running game has been a complete non factor the entire season and even worse today.
  18. Collins looks awful. Can we try Hanie? I know he can't just come in because he's inactive but I believe he can come in if both QBs ahead of him are injured. It won't be hard for a near 40 year old QB with this bad of an oline to feign an injury.
  19. LOL now I see why Collins hasnt been passing.
  20. Yay I just won my fantasy matchup this week. Horrible day for Chicago sports. Baseball season ended with a Cubs loss, Boozer out 8 weeks, Campbell out 4-5 weeks (technically happened yesterday but I didnt find out until today), and the Bears are on the way to not only losing but looking unbelievably bad doing so. The type of bad that removes all optimisim built up over the first 3 games.
  21. Good take us out of our misery. I want to win but I don't want to sit here and think about how tantalizingly close this gmae is when were not gonna move the ball. Good drive for the Giants
