    and points Officially now. This team looks exactly like the team that went 0-4 in the preseason. Tons of dumb mistakes, bad play calls, 3rd and longs converted, etc.

    I didn't think the defense was all that bad. They got the ball at the Bears 40 because of the INT. They got 15 yards because of a roughing the yard penalty. So they gained 25 yards on the other 5-6 plays. Good for them. they also converted two 3rd-and-8's one of them they converted because of the penalty. like i said, good defense It was good defense...the difference between Peppers getting a clean QB hit and a roughing the passer penalty is like a half second. If the hit is clean, the play happened like it was supposed to Peppers puts a ton of quick pressure on stafford on a 3rd and long and he has to throw it away.

    *pleasedonthitmesulley* he threw into triple coverage on a 3rd and 19, the ball was underthrown (although I'm not sure a perfect pass gets to him). It was tipped twice into the arms of a 3rd detroit player. Knox was knocked down so the only bear in the play couldnt do anything to stop it.

    You don't see a difference between the team with Crist and either Rees or Montana? Crist marched the team down the field for scores on his first 3 possessions. His bomb to Rudolph was perfect. He is not as accurate as Clausen last year, no doubt. But he's got less than 2 full games played so far. And much like last year, I expect the UM QB to be hurt by the end of the year as the wheels fall off. Robinson can't take that many hits every game. Well at least we have a fresh Forcier ready to go if that happens. You mean Devin Gardner. Forcier has been 3rd man on the depth chart and hasn't seen the field so far this season. Has he officially been 3rd on the chart? I know Gardner came in today when DRob missed a snap, but I thought maybe it was because Gardner had a style similar to Denard and wanted to keep that style going. He also played at the end of the UConn game but I didnt know if that meant much. No idea why Tate wouldnt transfer if hes really 3rd on the chart.
