If the offense is operating at the same efficiency as last year, I imagine it will get better with Watson and Rip back. After the first 4-5 games of the year, the Bulls offensive efficiency was actually top 5 in the NBA. Obviously sample sizes comes into play, but it has plummeted back to earth since Rip and CJ have been out. Also, a guy on realgm was saying that based on synergy, Rose has only been an average scorer this year, not a dominant one like last year. If he gets out of his passive funk, he'll improve the offense as well.
